SMAT SESSIONS HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED THROUGH JULY 2009!

This January we will be having sessions on Wed. and Thurs. (6:00 - 7:30 pm) and Saturday (9:00 - 10:30 am). This schedule will run through March 26, 2009.

Starting on March 30, 2009, we will once again have 2 sessions per night on both Monday and Wednesday. The first session is scheduled to run from 6-7:30 pm, the second session will run at 7:00-8:30 pm. If you have any questions about our program, please feel free to CONTACT US.

SESSIONS:

  • (Two) 1 1/2 hour sessions per week
  • Exercises will be done in stations
  • Each station will be manned by educated personnel

  • Warm Ups (20 Minutes)
  • Form Running, teaching relaxation
  • Ballistic Training
  • Plyometrics
  • Weight Loaded Sprinting - Use Medicine Ball
  • Sprint Form - Speed and Endurance
  • Lifting - alternate groups


The goal of the Southeastern Massachusetts Athletic Training program is to educate children ages 8 - 18 in how to properly attain their physical goals. With proper supervision, we aim to assist each athlete in safely maximizing their full potential in athletics. We also hope to provide each child with nutritional information to help them make better decisions on how to feed their body.
