Strength and Conditioning
SESSIONS:
- Fielding: 1/2 hour session
- Batting: 1/2 hour session
- Base Running: (recommend Two) 1/2 hour sessions per week
- Overall Strength and Conditioning: ask for details

- Warm Ups (10 Minutes)
- Form Running, teaching relaxation
- Ballistic Training
- Plyometrics
- Weight Loaded Sprinting - Use Medicine Ball
- Sprint Form - Speed and Endurance
- Lifting - alternate groups

MISSION:
The goal of the Southeastern Massachusetts Athletic Training program is to educate children ages 8 - 18 in how to properly attain their physical goals. With proper supervision, we aim to assist each athlete in safely maximizing their full potential in athletics. We also hope to provide each child with nutritional information to help them make better decisions on how to feed their body.
